Exploring Food Forests at Mission Meadows Community Garden

  • Mission Meadows Community Garden 11202 East Mission Avenue Spokane, WA, 99206 United States (map)

Learn about a Permaculture Food Forest and planting techniques that help them thrive. You will need to register and pay for the event bright through this link.

Mary Bishop, Certified Permaculture Designer, will review Principles of Permaculture and techniques used in designing a food forest. Mission Meadows is a beautiful garden focused on growing food organically in the community. The presentation area is shaded, but it might still be a good idea to bring a water bottle and dress according to the weather because the event will be outside. We will also be walking around the garden, so comfortable shoes are recommended.

Please enter through the Maxwell gate, not the Pierce gate.
